No. Jiu Jitsu is for all ages and fitness levels. You’ll progress at your own pace.
What should I wear to my first class?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt and shorts). We’ll take care of the rest.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No long-term commitment required to try your first class.

What age can kids start?
We offer classes for kids starting around [age—usually 4 or 5].
